- Setelah dingin campur bubuk cabe,bubuk paprika,kecap ikan,bumbu halus dan adonan bubur aduk sampai merata,lalu masukkan wortel,daun bawang dan sawi.aduk"sampai merata.
- Masukkan ke dalam wadah tertutup lalu diamkan dalam suhu ruang selama 1_2 hari untuk proses fermentasi,biasany klo fermentasi berhasil akan keluar gelembung"nya.jika dirasa asamny sudah pas boleh dimasukkan kekulkas untuk menghentikan proses fermentasinya..
